Speak. Always from the heart and always in truth. To hold back the flow of communication is to hold back life, to put the pause button on growth and love. True communication is the magic that nurtures all forms of life. Dare to begin to open your heart, and your mind, and your mouth and you will find life rushing through your veins and joy coming alive inside you.
Sometimes when we dare to speak up and say what is bursting to be said, we are ridiculed and told to be quiet or looked at as if we are speaking a foreign language. When we begin to relax and enjoy true communication for what it is, we become so engrossed and 'in flow' with our words that we stop worrying about the judgments of other people and simply know that all we can do is give of our best in any moment - whether or not our best is accepted in the way it was intended. We can feel proud of ourselves and walk on with our heads held high.
And - if we keep on persevering and believing in this wonderful expression of truth and connection, we will begin to find more and more people, loved ones and friends, who also share in that faith and with whom we can laugh and banter and express intensely and share gently every element of our being. Then shall we know what it is to truly be living, expressing and sharing all that we are. What more is life about than that? To extend and keep extending, in joy, our experience of life and expression of self.
