A mixture of pure meditation, guided journeys and healing. Every time you use one of these sessions, the healing becomes deeper and more profound. Each session is angel guided so it adapts to your specific needs at any given moment. Quite simply - beautiful!

Each guided meditation is between 20 and 30 minutes long

What is Guided Meditation?

Guided meditation is a simple, gentle and comforting technique which helps you to take responsibility for our own state of mind – and to change it for the better. It is an antidote to sadness, anxiety, fear, stress, and general overwhelm. Gentle words guide you first into a relaxed state, then lead your imagination through journeys of discovery and then finally bring you back, fully refreshed to conscious alertness.

With guided meditation you can transform the mind, encourage and develop concentration, enhance clarity, gain emotional positivity, and nurture a calm sense of self. With regular meditation you learn to cultivate a new, more positive approach to life. And as you become nourished, peaceful and energised, this reflects outwardly into your life and into the creation of positive new experiences.
